Brief Introduction about Gear Ordering

To start your order fast and smoothly, we suggest you to check the requirement before placing an order. The requirements will float up when your mouse stays put on the exclamation mark beside the product.

Your account login and character information is required when filling in the orders for gear pieces. Please read the service requirements carefully before ordering and make sure if a server transfer is needed.

When we obtain any gear you ordered, we will email you the list. And we will keep up the hard work until your order is completed.

Obtaining Time

For the BOP (Binds when picked up) gear, it mainly depends on the drop rate. Every week we will take customer's character to the desired dungeons. If we have completed the raid the week when customer purchased, the new order will be started in the next week.

Sometimes, some gears are in queue. To customers who are waiting in queue, usually we have two solutions: take the characters to dungeons obtaining some Emblems,or return the characters to customers until we can start.

1.Open your Friends List and click the Recruit A Friend icon in the upper-right corner.

2.Contact live chat or sales@guy4game.com to get the email that you will enter at "Enter your friend's email address", and input your order number and registered email at www.guy4game.com at "Write a note to your friend", then send the email invitation.

3.Now please send us an email or contact our live chat telling us you are done. We will confirm the invitation after we receive your message.

I need a gear, but I didn't find it on your website. What should I do?

A:

We dedicate to provide service as long as customer needs. We have a customize zone which can meet customer's special requirement. Please click customize zone to enter.

I noticed you sell BOE gear as well, what's the difference with BOP gear?

A:

BOE means Binds when equipped. We don't need to log in your account but just mail the item to your via in game mail box within 24 hours after you purchased.

Q:

How do I know the gear you sell is Heroic or Normal gear?

A:

As on the picture shows, the green "H" means the gear is heroic gear.

Q:

How should I know if you can start my order instantly or waiting in queue?

A:

Currently you couldn't check the gear queue by yourself since our order checking system is still being developed. Please click our live chat to check with our sales representative.

What if my need is not in your gear or item list?
