Job: Sales Representative
Location(s): Work from Home
Schedule: Part-time
Work time: 11am - 7pm EST in 2 shifts

Position Summary

Sales Representative at Guy4game. Work with customers through live chat to provide timely responses of questions about the goods and services offered, take care of complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Receive customers live chat requests to assist customers with all areas of customer service such as but not limited to products, order delivery and general questions.
  • Troubleshoot products and services to best fit customers' needs and expectations.
  • Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy; follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Probe and understand customers' need, develop and custom orders based on clients' description and level
  • Communicate and coordinate between the workers (technicians, marketing dept. and whoever supplies the products or services) and the customer.

Education (level and type)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Qualifications Basic

  • Native English Speakers
  • Play and familiar with game: World of Warcraft
  • Age: 16 and above
  • Must be able to type at least 180 keystrokes per minute.
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications
  • Ability to read and comprehend customers' questions, submit them in file or diagram form.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in clear and straightforward manner.
  • Have a good understanding of the Internet world, and business development.

Preferred

  • Prior one to three months' related experience and/or training
  • Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of communications technologies and service.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
