If you go to the front page and click the "Need assistance? I'm online!" button, you can speed up the process of receiving your plat.. I literally get my plat within 5 minutes of receiving the order number. Best customer service in the business I reckon, but since I haven't used anyone else, I wouldnt know for sure.
