Turn the quest in, you will be send back to Inn and speak with Thassarian.
ORbaz Bloodbane asks you to kill the Scarlet Courier to obtain the letter which is carried by him.
Orbaz Bloodbane asks you disguise yourself as Scarlet Courier and bring the letter to High General Abbendis at Kings Harbor.
High General Abbendis announces that Scarlet Crusade is no longer existed and takes his man back to Northrend. You have to tell Orbaz Bloodbane about this.
Report to Orbaz Bloodbane.
Report to the Lich King, prepare for full invasion.
Summon Frostbrood Vanquisher and start attacking.
Invade the Eastern Plaguelands, Speak with Scourge Commander Thalanor at Browman Mill.

Kill Patchwerk.
If your faction is Alliance, do quest 17. If your faction is Horde, do quest 18.
Now you have finished the beginning quests for Dark Knight, the gate of Outland has completely opened for you.
