Attribute Enhancement by Gears

Weapon Speed:

Weapon speed will be fixed when Druid entering into Cat Form, the attack speed can not be affected by weapon speed.

Weapon Type:

Druids have their unique weapon: two-hand Band that can increase Attack Power for Bear and Cat mode. You don't need to consider other weapons, just choose band.

Attacking Power:

ttacking Power can increase weapon's DPS. It's the basic attribute for Physical DPS class. And the improvement through Attack Power can be full-scale. But unless adding Spell Power for spell class, for physical class, attacking power should be maintained balance between other attributes.

Strength:

1 Strength point will increase 1 attack power. Unlike agility points which can increase other melee attributes, Strength can only increase Attack Power.

Agility:

1 Agility point will increase 1 attack power along with Crit chance, Dodge rate. Compare with Strength, building up Agility points can get more improvements. This is the most important attribute for Druid.

Hit Rating and Crit Chance:

Druid's two-hand weapon doesn't depend on Hit Rating very much. It's very easy to stack up Hit Rating points to its maximum. Hit Rating is still the priority attribute to be stack up. Crit Chance is also important for Druid. After Speced with Primal Fury, high Cirt Chance can make druid have more combo points.

Expertise:

Expertise affect opponents dodge and parry rate by physical spells and weapon damage. During Instance or Raid, Druid usually attacks the target from behind, so there won't be parry, only 5.6% dodge rate can be working. Expertise is as same as Crit Chance, affecting Druid's weapon damage and Physical spell. Add Expertise points only after Hit rating.

Haste Rating:

Stack up Haste Rating Points properly can improve Druid a lot. Attack Speed times Attack Power decide the total damage.

Armor Penetration:

Since Pat 3.0, Armor Penetration has been transformed to percentage. That change makes Armor Penetration more important.

In conclusion:

Hit Rating and Expertise can easily be stacked up. Druid should build up more Attack Power, Armor Penetration and Crit Chance points.

The importance ranking of the attributes:

Hit Rating > Crit Chance > Expertise > Agility > Hast rating > Armor Penetration > Attack Power > Strength.
