Death's Rise is an outpost of Knights of the Ebon Blade, responsible for watching over Crimson Crusade in the western island. There is flight master here but no inn.

Turn in 2 and then accept 3.4.5

You can get "Note from the Grand Admira"from the drop of mob, which will activate quest 8 .Notice: when flying back to the camp, once the no-fly tip shows, using skill "Speed Burst"at once, or you might fall into the sea.
