How can I change the character's name when move the realm?
First of all you need to create an account (or you must already have an existing account) on the realm where you want to move the character you purchased, and create a new character on this realm with a same name as the one you purchased. After done, move the character you purchased from us to the realm where you had just created a new character.
Since the character's name has already existed (the one you just created), they will ask you to change a new character name for the one you moving into. Now you can give this character a new name. It's kind of tricky, isn't it?

What is verification?
