1. General information
If we fail to reach customer within 72 hours, whose order needs confirmation or clarification, during the processing period, his order will be cancelled and we will refund its original purchase price in 14 business days.
2. Specific conditions for game currency buyers
Conditions specified below apply to customers' purchase on virtual game currency.
- All game currencies will be sent to customers' in-game characters within 24 hours after the confirmation of a successful payment.
- All game accounts will be sent to customers through emails within 24 hours after the confirmation of a successful payment.
- If customers do not receive the game currency or account within 24 hours when the order is processed, we will offer a coupon value up to 5% of the purchase price as compensation for the delay if customers allow us to complete the order.
- If customers do not receive their game currency or account within 72 hours when the order is processed, we will issue a full refund in 14 business days. However, this condition doesn't apply when the following circumstances occur:
a. Server is under maintenance or circumstances that deny user login.
b. Customer is offline when an in-game face-to-face trading is required.
c. Incorrect account information and email address provided by customer.
d. Any other circumstances not specified above but may lead to reasonable service charges after confirmation with customer.
3. Specific conditions for powerleveling service buyers
Our powerleveling service is tailored to identify and meet customers' needs. Therefore the duration of powerleveling varies and depends on the product itself. We will issue a refund if any delay or problem arises completely due to our services.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When having accounts with certain products, customer should refrain from accessing his account during the powerleveling period. Failure to comply with this rule will slow down the process and may lead to a delay in services.
